"Memories of Snowy Days—"
Characters: Will & Akira
(Done!)
(I finally finished it! I wasn't able to get it done in time for the Christmas party, but I'm glad I managed to finish it ♪)
(—Huh, when did it get this late? Everyone's probably already heading to bed, so I'll wait till tomorrow to give this—)
Akira: Will? What're ya doing here?
Will: I should be asking you that… what's with those clothes?
Akira: I figured I'd go drop by and participate in the night games, since today's the only day I can let loose and have some fun.
Tomorrow, I gotta start thinking about what I'm gonna do for New Year Heroes, after all…
Will: Huh? But, outside it's—
Akira: Woah, what's with all this snow?! Wasn't the weather fine just a while ago?
Will: It's because the weather is quick to change in the mountains...
Wait, you're still gonna go? You've been out there nonstop ever since we've come here…
Akira: Today's our last day here. If I miss this, I don't know when I'll be able to do this again, so I'm gonna hold out as long as I can.
Will: I see. Don't push yourself, okay?
Akira: I'll be fine! By the way, are you takin' care of the remaining clean up from the party?
Will: Ah, no. That's already been taken care of.
Akira: Hmm. Well, that's good.
Will: The Christmas party sure was fun, huh? I'm glad the whole team got to relax like this.
Akira: I guess. There was a point where I was worried about how things were gonna turn out, though.
Will: When we were kids, we and Ren had a lot of parties, right?
Akira: Ah, right, our three families threw those big parties together. I remember them being really lively.
Will: Yeah, those! Haha, you two sure were cute back then. Whenever we all got around to eating the Christmas cake, you guys always put your tree and star candies on my slice.
Akira: We did that?
Will: You did. Those candies were all pretty and sweet, and really delicious!
Akira: …Ah, that. Well that's because you made such a big deal over eating them, I thought I'd give you my candies too.
And then Ren started copyin' me. That guy always copied everything I did, after all.
Will: Ahaha, I feel like if I asked Ren, he'd say it was the exact opposite…
But the time we spent together like that are some of my most cherished memories, since I couldn't go outside a lot when it was cold because of how weak I was back then.
Snowy days were always really boring for me, since the two of you always went outside to play…
Akira: Well, that was because Ren went outside since he liked the snow so much—
Will: But your mom was always worried because you got way too excited and headed out to play without putting on your coat.
Akira: Gah… Maybe that happened, maybe it didn't…
Will: It did happen!
Akira: …What did you do when we were outside?
Will: I read books and took care of the plants… and my mom would teach me how to knit.
Remember when I gave you two those wool beanies? Since I didn't want you guys to catch a cold…
But even though I made them for you, you guys complained about how hot it was and took them off immediately…
I've been working on making some knitted things right now, see? I made this muffler so I could give it to Oscar-san. I even added a spot for Alexander-kun to sit on!
Akira: Woah, that's so cool! With how easily that guy gets cold, I'm sure he'll appreciate it!
Will: Haha, I'd be glad if that were the case ♪
Akira: But like, I'm surprised you remember all that stuff from back then. I totally forgot about those beanies and stuff until you reminded me.
Will: But you were so happy when I gave it to you…
Akira: Yo, it stopped snowing!
Will: Huh… you're right.
Akira: Alright! I'm outta here—
Will: Wait a sec, Akira.
Akira: W-What, you still have somethin' to say? If I don't hurry, I'll miss the night games!
Will: This is for you.
Akira: Huh, for me…?
Will: Yeah. I made it a summer knit design, so it won't get hot like the one I made for you last time.
Akira: I see, thanks a bunch! I'll try it on right now…
Woah, it fits perfectly! Alright, I'm heading out now!
Will: Okay, be careful out there!
(... Look at him frolicking about. I guess he really wanted to go.)
(But that aside, he really doesn't remember anything.)
(... Does that mean he definitely forgot the times he made that for me on snowy days?)
(Well, whatever. I already finished one piece, so I should take a break. Maybe I could make some honey milk.)
(W-What was that…?!)

(It sounds like someone's tapping on the window…)
(Huh, Akira?! Wasn't he heading towards the slopes?)
(Hm? He's holding something—)
(That's… a mini snowman!)
(Akira really did remember. That sure brings back memories; on snowy days he'd always lay out one on the window for me.)
