Billy: Howdy, I'm Billy Wise! Leave all the explanations to New Million's top informant ♡
Sports are a huge deal in Green East, so the stadium's always packed! A ton of tourists come to visit too, so just by hosting a little magic show in the streets, money just comes pouring in ♪
There's also a lot of different enclaves, like Little Tokyo and Chinatown, so it's a melting pot of all different kinds of races and cultures!
And deep within this lively little village, you can find things like some lovely Japanese-style buildings!
Jay: Haha, for just being appointed here, you sure know your stuff, Billy! I've got to give you full marks for that.
Billy: YAY, Jay praised me!
Jay: I feel like a good portion of the citizens are of the cheerful sort. I always find myself surrounded by people, and you can really be yourself.
Billy: It's a fun place to be, isn't it? Plus, we've got a superhero like Jay stationed here, so I'm super glad I got assigned to East Sector!

Gray: Huh? Ah, y-yeah…
There are a lot of natural environments here, which I really like. My family lives here, so I like to take Buddy… my dog on a walk in the park, or visit the ocean when I'm feeling out of sorts. It really helps me relax.
Asch: Hmph, well someone's down in the dumps. Is that all ya have to say?
Gray: Urgh…
Asch: You should go watch a game too. I can get ya some tickets, ya know? My family sponsors some of the players and teams, y'see.
But I ain't in the mood to be doing doing you any favors, so you'd have to do whatever I tell you to, kuku…
Gray: I-I think I'll pass… thank you.
Asch: What? I can't hear you with all your whispering. Why don'tcha speak up for once in your life, Gee—
Billy: I wanna sit in the VIP area, Asch-paisen! I'll do whatever you want! As long as it's not giving you money, I'm up for anything!

Jay: Good grief. Commander, please come visit if work's ever wearing you down. I'm sure it'd make a good change of pace.
